Rochester Housing Coalition stands for common sense housing policy that promotes accountability between Housing Providers and Residents. We support the National Apartment Associations (NAA) national policy initiatives, and the Under One Roof NY policy initiatives.

Our goal is to see a more stabilized housing market with less turnover, less evictions, reasonable rents, and accountability on both sides.
